There were upwards of 20 emails sent back and forth and in 1 of them I said, "I have jumped through all the bullshit hoops you have asked me too" The next email stated that because I had used profanity they would no longer be able to help me, policy. I didn't start talking negatively about them until the issue with the removed video. This guy was in my system for 30 minutes to figure it out. It is fact that it will not close with transfers running right? Are these drivers something that fail and that is why? 1 email, "do you have anything transferring/downloaded? Check that by doing this. Are you in Presonus support? I'll be honest, I have no clue what an RME audio driver is. I asked them to do it for another problem and they said they don't do that. From what I understand they aren't even supposed to offer remote access. It was we don't have a clue so we'll have to look around. Did they really have to remote access to figure it out. I mean, I have very limited knowledge, user for 18 months now, but I know enough to look at transfers and if anything is ongoing.
